Dawn is a proud mother of three who, on August 10, 2016, lost her son, Blake, to accidental overdose. She is devoted to helping others who have a loved one struggling with addiction by offering resources and educating them. She founded this foundation immediately after her son's passing with the drive to avoid other families from going through the struggle and search for help. She is also a real estate professional in Georgia, and resides on her farm in Alpharetta. She is an avid horseback rider and also enjoys working on her farm, spending time with her family and grandchildren, painting, reading, weight lifting and running. An active member of her community, she is a Top Producer within the real estate community, participates in the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, Atlanta Realtor Assocation, Georgia Hunter Jumper Association, United States Hunter Jumper Association, Certified Interior Decorator, and is a State of Georgia Notary. She served as a Member of the Kennesaw Business Association and the Acworth Business Association, the President of the Lacrosse Booster Club at Kennesaw Mountain High School and for three years on the City of Kennesaw Alcohol Review Board. She volunteers and supports Georgia Feral Cat Program of Georgia, multiple horse and pet rescues, MUST Ministries and Shop with a Hero, in addition to a strong community involvement with numerous organizations fighting the Opioid epidemic.
H. Wayne Clark is a real estate entrepreneur with a background in all areas of the industry including development, homebuilding, general contracting, program management, and brokerage. Currently he is focusing on development management and consulting as the Principal of his own company, H. Wayne Clark, LLC, along with brokerage sales of land for all forms of uses including mixed use, master planned projects, single family both for sale and rental, and multifamily of all types. He also brings immense experience and exposure gained from various previous roles, ranging from SVP of Land Acquisition and Development to President and CEO at companies, Stanley Martin, Toll Brothers, and Breedlove Management. He also spent time working for and managing the State of Georgia’s real estate portfolio. A unique and different experience included the conservation of real estate to produce state tax credits and federal tax deductions. He is a Certified Residential Brokerage Manager (CRBM) and Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI). A resident of the Greater Atlanta area currently residing in Alpharetta, Clark has developed projects across multiple Georgia counties including Forsyth, Gwinnett, Cobb, Fulton, DeKalb, Hall, and Bartow to mention a few along with projects in many cities, including Gainesville, Dacula, Buford, Braselton, Roswell, and others. He has developed numerous communities encompassing thousands of lots during his career, including his trademark Pointe lake projects The Pointe, Pointe South, Point West, and High Pointe. In the past he also built several hundred homes and multiple commercial projects in his Clark & Clark Inc. and Georgia Mountain Contracting, Inc. entities. In the past he received prestigious recognitions as Georgia Homebuilder of the Year, Hall County Young Man of the Year and a member of Leadership Georgia. He has given back to his community as one of the founders and President of Lanier Technical College Foundation, President of Gainesville State College Foundation, Chairman of United Way, Vice president of Jaycees, and Director of the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce. He is a Veteran having served in the Republic of Vietnam as a PO2/BU2 in the US Navy Seabees which is a construction arm of the Navy. Clark is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia where he earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration majoring in Banking and Finance.
